We do, through Flipster!

We offer the following eMagazines through Flipster:

Chatelaine (English and French), Maclean's, Entertainment Weekly, People, Real Simple, Food & Wine, Forbes, Essence, InStyle, and Cooking Light!

There are two ways to read these magazines:

Option 1: Read them online in your browser.

1. Connect to the Internet through your device.

2. Sign in to Flipster using your library barcode and PIN.

3. Tap on the cover of the magazine that you're interested in and start reading! Back issues can be found by clicking on "All Issues". The screen will expand to show the list of back issues available to borrow.

Option 2: Download them for offline reading using a mobile app.

1. Connect to the Internet through your device.

2. Go to the Home screen of your device and visit the Apple Store (for Apple devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). Search for and install the Flipster app.

3. Tap on the Flipster icon on your device. It will open to the main page of the app. Tap on Get Started.

4. Search for Winnipeg Public Library.

5. A list of libraries will come up in the search results. Tap "Log In" beside the Winnipeg Public Library listing.

6. Log in to the Winnipeg Public Library's Flipster collection by tapping on "Library Card Number" and then entering your library barcode (no spaces) in the space provided.

7. You'll be taken to Winnipeg Public Library's collection of Flipster magazines.

8. When you tap on a magazine cover, you'll be taken to a page where you'll find the current issue of the magazine plus available back issues. To borrow the magazine, tap "Download". The magazine will start downloading. When it is finished downloading, the "Download" button will change to "Read". Tap it again to open the magazine and start reading.

9. To delete a downloaded magazine in the app, tap on "My Shelf" at the bottom-middle of the page of the app. All of the magazines that you currently have borrowed will be shown. Tap on the garbage can icon under the magazine that you want to delete to remove it from your shelf.

Keep monthly magazines for 7 days after they're downloaded and weekly ones for 2 days. Titles can be easily re-downloaded after they expire.

We also offer many more emagazines through RBdigital! Find out more!
