My Account
During a catalogue software upgrade, there is limited access to the My Account functions in our online catalogue. The catalogue website will be available for searching, but you will not be able to log in to your account or place holds. You will also not be able to log into our eCommerce site to pay fines or fees.
Online resources
Many of our online resources require a library card for access, and in order to check that you are an active library cardholder, the services require access to our catalogue software (membership records). When the catalogue software is being upgraded, these services become temporarily unavailable. Here is a list of what will and will not be available during an upgrade:
