When you try to borrow a film you encounter this message, what do you do now?

 

This error message has come up because:

  • You card has expired or
  • You received a replacement library card or
  • Your library PIN has changed.

 

If your library card has expired, please visit any library branch to renew your card. You will need to bring proper identification with you.

 

If you’ve received a replacement library card or changed your PIN, select Connect and update your Library Card Number and Library Password/PIN:

 


 

Once you've updated new library card number and PIN and tap on Save, your Kanopy account should now work again.
