Q. Where can I get help filing an income tax return?

Winnipeg Public Library hosts income tax clinics from time to time and CRA/Service Canada drop-ins. You can find if there are any upcoming clinics by visiting our Programs and Events calendar. 

Here is a list of other organizations that may be offering income tax return preparation help. We strongly recommend that you contact any organization before visiting. Dates and hours of operation may change.
 

• Find a large list of free tax preparation clinics in Winnipeg on the Community Volunteer Income Tax Preparation site. Go to "Find a tax clinic in your area" and select Manitoba and Winnipeg.
   
• Connect with Community Financial Counselling Services Income Tax Services.  They are offering tax preparation help virtually.
   
• Contact the Community Financial Help Line.
   
• Try contacting an organization listed in this search of Manitoba 211
   
• Finally, the constituency office of your Member of Parliament (MP) or your Member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba (MLA) may have information about tax clinics in your area.
