You've received this message, what do you do now?
This error message has come up because:
- You card has expired or
- You received a replacement library card or
- Your library PIN has changed.
If your library card has expired, please visit any library branch to renew your card. You will need to bring proper identification with you.
If you’ve received a replacement library card or changed your PIN, login to your Hoopla account and from there select Settings in the top right corner and then select Library Settings:
Type in your new library card number and PIN and then tap on Save. Your Hoopla account should now work again!
