If your library card has expired, please visit any library branch to renew your card. You will need to bring proper identification with you.
If you’ve received a replacement library card or changed your PIN, login to your Hoopla account and from there select Settings in the top right corner and then select Library Settings:
Select the Winnipeg Public Library, type in your new library card number and PIN and then tap on Save. Your Hoopla account should now work again!
