Answer

Overdue fines and DVD/Blu-ray borrowing fees have been eliminated, effective January 1, 2021. Most items are returned by their due dates, but we understand that life can sometimes get in the way. Courtesy overdue notices are sent out to customers if items are not returned.

If library items aren't returned, replacement costs will be charged.

Three (3) days before the due date 

1st overdue notice 

One (1) week after the due date 

2nd overdue notice 

Two (2) weeks after the due date 

Item changed to LOST status

Twenty-one (21) days after the due date 

Billing notice Twenty-one (21) days after the due date
