Report lost, stolen, or damaged cards to your local branch immediately, either:

  • All items taken out on your card are your responsibility until a card is reported missing
  • The first replacement card is free (see our Membership Guide / Guide destiné aux membres for information on fees)
  • If your card is stolen and you provide us with a Police Incident Number, the replacement card fee will be waived, if applicable
