Are you getting an error message that says "Unexpected Error" when you try to log in to our library catalogue?

Patrons who had multiple "My List" bookmarks on our old catalogue are often stopped by an error message the first time they log in to our current catalogue. We are working on fixing this error, but in the meantime if you experience an error message, you will need to send an email via our Ask a Librarian service to get your account set up correctly.
