Our apologies. This is a known problem when using the Safari browser on an iPad and visiting our Library Catalogue page. Our engineering team is working on a fix, but in the meantime, here are some solutions to help you get around this issue.
Summary of the problem:
On your iPad, you visit your Checkouts page under My Account. When you check the box next to an item that you want to renew, the "YES" button in the window that pops up doesn't respond to touch - it simply starts flashing a cursor next to the button.
For some reason, the flashing cursor only appears the first time that you try the Renew button. If you tap "NO" in the pop-up box and then try clicking the Renew button again, the "YES" button should work.

The problems noted here only occur when using the Safari browser on your iPad. Other browsers, such as the Chrome browser for iPad, allow you to use our catalogue with no apparent glitches. If possible, try installing and using an alternate browser.
