To start managing your memberships, please sign into your Kanopy account through a web or mobile browser (not in the app).
Reactivating a membership
If you are receiving an error that your library card is no longer active or blocked, please contact your library so they can help you renew your card or remove any blocks. Once this has been done, come back to your Memberships page and click the status button to the right of your library name to resave your information and reconnect your membership. This step will need to be manually done as the status does not automatically update.
