What does Front Line Tech Support include?
- Access to OverDrive's support team through the web form.
- An email response from OverDrive's support team within 8 business hours of receiving your request for assistance, or within 24 hours if received outside of OverDrive's business hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm ET Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays)
What is not included with Front Line Tech Support?
- Phone support. Support is provided online only.
- Help with non-OverDrive technology-related support questions, including, but not limited to, library-specific questions (e.g., hours, fines, library card issues, collection suggestions) or questions about general computer use. Please contact Winnipeg Public Library at 204-986-6450 or through the Ask Us! form for these questions.
