(Update: An initial lack of functionality found in the old Zinio for Libraries app has caused the vendor to delay forcing a switch.)
Zinio for Libraries is now called RBdigital.
RBdigital has all of the eMagazines that you're used to from Zinio for Libraries PLUS it now comes with eAudiobooks!
- Checkouts: 10 eAudiobooks at a time + unlimited magazines
- Holds: eMagazines and eAudiobooks are always available
- Renewals: 1
- Loan period: Up to 21 days for eAudiobooks; magazines do not expire!
If you used Zinio with Winnipeg Public Library in the past, you already have an RBdigital account. You'll use that account to sign in. If you haven't used Zinio with Winnipeg Public Library, you will need to create an RBdigital account. This is outlined in the step-by-step documents below.

Will the Zinio for Libraries app still work?
The Zinio for Libraries app will work until
early September the new RBdigital app provides the same functionality when it is scheduled to no longer function. If you are still using it at that time, you will see a message encouraging you to download the RBdigital app.
Starting July 2017, if you're using the Zinio for Libraries app you will receive notification within the app about the new RBdigital app that is available to download now. When you install the RBdigital app, you can log in with the same username and password that you have used for the Zinio for Libraries app.
What will happen to my downloaded magazines?
The Zinio for Libraries app will remain on your device until you delete it. When you delete the app, all downloaded magazines will be removed from your device, freeing up memory. The new RBdigital app will have all of your previous checkouts available, but those checkouts will need to be downloaded again, as needed.
