All branches of Winnipeg Public Library have public information boards and pamphlet areas to share information and events in the community. Space is limited and priority is given to City of Winnipeg programs and not-for-profit organizations.

Space is usually not available for businesses. Posters will be rotated in to the information boards at the branch’s discretion. If you have material you want our branches to post in our facilities:

POSTERS:

  • Mail or drop them off yourself to any of our 20 libraries.
  • Mail or drop off a maximum of 20 copies of a poster for us to send to our branches through our internal delivery. Send to the Administration Office – Millennium Library, 251 Donald Street, Winnipeg MB, R3C 3P5. Include a note as to your intention such as “Please send 1 copy to all 20 branches”.

Note: We will not accept attachments by email to print on your behalf. You must send hard copies. Oversize posters are difficult to post given the limited space available. If possible, please provide letter-size posters.

PAMPHLETS AND BOOKMARKS:

  • Mail or drop them off yourself to our 20 libraries.
  • Mail or drop off bundles of no more than 25 pamphlets/bookmarks per bundle to send to our branches through our internal delivery. Send to the Administration Office – Millennium Library, 251 Donald Street, Winnipeg MB, R3C 3P5
  • Include a note to your intention such as “Please send 1 bundle to each of the 20 branches.” We will accept a maximum of 1 bundle per branch.

You can resend bundles of the same material, but please no more than every 6 months.
